Yea have not yet played/used this mod but from what i've read it seems great
I have received this mod from pc gamer(thai version) an install it use GTA Mod Installer, When complete it's show on the title of the game that mod is still running but I can't notice anything changed. I can't play Jack charecter at all. Am I missing somthing.
when I start the game, it has the changed loading screens and all, but when I click new game, half way through the loading it freezes

GTA SA on steam so the mod-installer doesn't work for me as it doesn't recognize my steam version.
move game from steam folder and use a crack.
You might need the right crack ,like U.S versions or EU version.
