A bug made the USA cruise missile submarine unable to move or Fire any missiles. It has been fixed in this tiny patch. The cost was also modified a bit ;).

i have installed your old version again and then updater and then this fixer and then i played 100% working game

Replace the file in the folder \Zero Hour\Data\INI\Objects not \Zero Hour\Data\Objects.
